Warm up:
Run 500 meters or row 500 meters
Then, 3 rounds of:
10 shoulder stretch with pvc pipe
10 push ups
10 abmat sit ups
10 back extensions
10 squats
WOD:
As a two person buddy team, perform the following movements with only one partner working at a time:
50 burpee box jumps (20 inch)
50 medicine ball cleans (20/14)
50 toes to bar
50 tire flips
400 meter sled drag (180/135) (both people pulling)
Then:
Each partner does 50 double unders while the other partner holds a plank
Then, as an individual:
400 meter barbell carry on your back (175/115)
Each time you put the barbell down results in a 2 squat clean penalty assessed at the end of the WOD.
Post team event time and total time to white board.
